Batter dipped dilis September 7, 2007

1/2 kilo fresh dilis, small ones
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup to 1 cup water
1 egg well beaten
mix everything together except for dilis, once made into a batter, add dilis and spoon into cooking oil til golden brown.
